Learning a bit about
mindset and how people are generally not so nice to themselves in the words
they use about themselves to themselves.
So it's important to have
completed a nice list of good words about yourself. Also it's important to have
chosen an item of jewelery to wear, or a little stone to carry in your pocket -
this can be a polished or raw piece of crystal easily purchased from most
shops.
The best use of your piece
of jewelery or gem is to associate all those lovely words like gorgeous,
healthy, lovable with your jewelery or gem. Each time you think or say those
words.. ie.: "I am a lovable, healthy gorgeous person" - ensure you
are touching the piece of jewelry or gem. The more you do this (I suggest at
least 10 times a day to start), the stronger it will become. Then the magic
happens. Whenever you want to remind yourself that you are lovable, healthy and
gorgeous, all you have to do is touch the jewelery or gem and you will be in
that state immediately.
The most powerful way to do
this is to choose a powerful sentence. I.e: "I am slim, gorgeous, lovable
and I only enjoy small healthy meals"
Food
Write a list of the food
you know is not helping you and write the heading "THIS LIST IS POISON TO
MY BODY" - put this list in view (not in a drawer or shelf)
The second list - Heading -
"THIS IS GOOD FOR MY BODY"
And write your list of food
and drinks which will nourish your body.
Where are you when you eat:
The best place to eat is at
the dinner table, celebrating your meal time. Let your body know that the food
is good for you and you are nourishing it. Avoid TV, movies, eating on the run
or in your car!!!
Plenty of Sleep
Plenty of sleep helps
recharge your batteries, generates more cells, and improves your digestion. Go
to bed 15 minutes earlier - and turn the TV off...
Hydration - Water is the
best
Water is the best form of
hydration and calorie free. Soda's all contain sugar and chemicals which are
hard for your body to break down and digest.
Healthy Snacks - SMALL
- apple, orange, carrot, - you get the drift!
Enjoy using all of these
techniques... And remember to be nice to yourself!
